Cooperative learning is a strategic system on teaching that emphasizes mutual interaction and promotes the development of students awareness of cooperation and cooperative skills on the basis of heterogeneous groups. When this teaching approach is applied to the EFL classroom, the traditional teaching mode can be transformed in student-centered environment so that students can study with each other under relaxing circumstances.
